Build systems that institutions actually depend on

We work on programmes where the result matters to people who did not choose the technology — patients, students, applicants, citizens. That raises the standard for correctness, accessibility and documentation, and it is the most interesting constraint in the work.

How we work

What you would be joining

We are a delivery business, not a product one. That shapes the work: real deadlines, real institutions, and results that have to hold up under inspection.

Accountability is named

Every engagement has a named owner. You will know what you are responsible for and have the authority to deliver it.

Quality is systematic

Code review, independent testing and documented handover are how we work, not extras applied when there is time.

You will see the whole problem

Our engagements cross software, infrastructure, equipment and process, so the work is rarely confined to one layer.

Learning is part of delivery

Certification support, structured knowledge transfer and exposure to unfamiliar disciplines are built into how projects run.

Open positions

No vacancies open at the moment

We are not advertising a vacancy right now. We do read speculative applications, and we keep strong ones on file for twelve months.

Submit your profile anyway

Send us your CV with a short note about the kind of work you want to do. We are most often looking for software engineers, QA engineers, infrastructure and network specialists, and project managers with public-sector delivery experience — but tell us what you are good at rather than matching a list.

  • Software engineering — backend, frontend and mobile
  • Quality assurance and test automation
  • Infrastructure, network and cloud engineering
  • Project management and business analysis
  • Field engineering and installation
  • Data engineering and applied machine learning

Our process

How hiring works here

We try to make the process short and predictable, and to tell you where you stand at each stage.

01

Application

Send your CV and a short note. We read every application and reply either way.

02

Conversation

A first discussion about your experience, what you want to work on, and what the role actually involves.

03

Practical assessment

A task close to real work, scoped to a reasonable amount of your time. We give feedback whatever the outcome.

04

Offer

A conversation with management, then a written offer covering role, terms and reporting line.
