A. S. M. Reaz is Chairman of Login Technologies BD Ltd. and the company's acting signatory. He holds overall accountability for corporate governance, contractual commitments and the company's strategic direction, and provides executive oversight on major delivery programmes. His focus is on building institutional partnerships, maintaining the compliance and certification position that public-sector work requires, and ensuring that delivery commitments made to clients are ones the company can meet.

Executive oversight is only meaningful if it changes something. On our engagements it means a defined escalation path with a short route to a decision, and a management review of scope, risk and delivery status that happens on a schedule rather than when a problem has already become visible to the client.

A named project manager holds day-to-day accountability, with a defined escalation route to management.
Scope, risk and delivery status are reviewed by management on a set cadence, not on demand.
Contractual commitments are approved by the authorised signatory before they are made.
Delivery quality is governed by the ISO 9001:2015 management system rather than individual practice.
Information security responsibilities are assigned and reviewed under the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 aligned control set.
