Login Technologies BD Ltd. was incorporated in Dhaka on 13 March 2022 to do something Bangladeshi institutions repeatedly struggle to buy: technology, infrastructure and equipment delivered together, by one accountable team, to a standard that survives an audit.
Why the company exists
Institutional technology programmes in Bangladesh tend to fail in the joins. Software is procured from one supplier, hardware from another and installation from a third, and the integration between them belongs to nobody. Equipment is delivered against a contract that ends at the delivery note, so it is signed for, stored and never commissioned. Systems are built and handed over without source code, so every subsequent change becomes a negotiation.
We were established to take that whole scope under one contract. Strategy, software, intelligent technology, infrastructure, quality assurance and physical supply are delivered by a single team with a single project manager, which means integration is our responsibility rather than the client's coordination problem.
Our position is that a project is complete when the client has a working, accepted, documented system — not when the goods have been delivered.
How we operate
We run to a certified quality management system rather than to individual habit. ISO 9001:2015 governs how work is planned, reviewed, tested and handed over. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 aligned controls govern how information is accessed, encrypted, logged and retained. The practical effect is that delivery quality does not depend on which people happen to be assigned.
- A named project manager is accountable for every engagement, from initiation to closeout.
- Scope changes go through documented change control with an impact assessment, not a conversation.
- Progress is reported against an approved baseline with deliverable evidence attached.
- Testing is independent of the build team, and acceptance is evidenced rather than assumed.
- Source code, schema, credentials and documentation are transferred to the client on completion.

We participate in public procurement and maintain the corporate, tax and certification documentation that evaluation requires. For international partners and OEMs, we offer local execution capacity, governance that will withstand due diligence, and readiness for technology transfer and local assembly where a programme calls for it.
Where we are going
Our long-term aim is to be the partner Bangladeshi institutions turn to when a programme is genuinely difficult — where it crosses several disciplines, has to survive scrutiny, and has to keep working after the delivery team has gone. That means continuing to invest in intelligent technology, in nationwide field capability, and in the documentation and assurance practices that make large public programmes defensible.
