Who we are

Login Technologies BD Ltd. ("Login Technologies", "we", "us") is a company registered in Bangladesh with its corporate office at Level-5, Kohinoor Tower-3, House-7 SW(E), Road-7, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212.

This policy covers personal information collected through www.logintechbd.com. It does not cover information processed on behalf of our clients under a separate contract, where the client is the data controller and our obligations are set out in that agreement.

What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to respond to you and to operate the site securely.

• Information you submit through an enquiry or application form: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, enquiry type and the content of your message.
• Documents you choose to attach to a career application, such as a CV.
• Technical information collected automatically by our servers, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, retained in access logs for security and troubleshooting.
• Aggregated analytics about how the site is used, where analytics is enabled and you have consented to it.

Why we use it

We use personal information for the following purposes only.

• To respond to your enquiry and route it to the appropriate team.
• To assess a job application and communicate with you about it.
• To maintain the security, availability and integrity of the website.
• To meet legal, contractual, tax or audit obligations.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use enquiry information to send unsolicited marketing communications.

We use third-party service providers for hosting, email delivery and, where enabled, analytics. These providers process information on our instructions and are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, unless a longer period is required for a contractual or legal reason.

Career application records are retained for up to 12 months from the closing date of the position, unless you ask us to remove them sooner or consent to us keeping them for future opportunities.

Server access logs are retained for up to 12 months. Backups are retained on a defined cycle and are encrypted.

How we protect it

We operate an information security management system aligned to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Applied to this website, that includes encryption in transit (HTTPS with HSTS), least-privilege access to enquiry records, individually attributed administrative accounts, logging of access and administrative actions, and encrypted backups with tested restoration.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting personal information occurs, we will act on it under our incident response procedure and notify affected individuals and any relevant authority as required.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, or to delete it where we have no continuing legal or contractual reason to keep it. You may also object to a particular use.

To make a request, contact info@logintechbd.com with enough detail to identify your record. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
