Partnership, on terms both sides can evidence
We publish only active, documented relationships, and we identify the nature of each one. A logo wall of companies whose products we have merely purchased would tell you nothing useful about who we actually work with.
Why no partner logos appear here yet
Displaying a manufacturer’s logo implies an authorised relationship. We publish a partner only where the relationship is active, documented, and the partner has authorised us to name them — and we state what the relationship actually is, rather than leaving a logo to imply something stronger.
We source equipment through authorised distribution channels and can evidence the supply route, warranty position and manufacturer authorisation for any specific procurement on request. Named partnerships will be published here as they are formalised and approved for release.
For a live procurement, we provide manufacturer authorisation letters and supply documentation as part of the tender submission.
Four models we work under
International manufacturers, system vendors and development partners typically engage us in one of these four ways.
OEM and distribution
Local supply, installation, commissioning and after-sales support for manufacturers entering or expanding in Bangladesh.
Implementation partner
Local delivery capacity for international vendors: deployment, integration, training and first-line support under your brand or ours.
Consortium and joint bidding
Joint participation in public tenders where local registration, documentation and delivery footprint are required.
Technology transfer
Local assembly, technician development and knowledge transfer for programmes with a capability-building requirement.
What we bring to a partnership
If you are assessing local execution capacity in Bangladesh, these are the things due diligence usually asks about.
- Bangladeshi registration with current corporate, tax and ISO certification documentation.
- ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 aligned information security controls.
- Public procurement experience and e-GP readiness for government-facing work.
- Nationwide delivery, installation, commissioning and field support capability.
- Engineering capacity across software, intelligent technology, infrastructure and integration.
- Governance and documentation practices that will withstand partner due diligence.
