Credentials you can verify
Certification is a starting point, not a claim in itself. What matters is that the same controls apply on your engagement — and that the documentation an evaluation committee asks for is current when you ask for it.
- Quality management
- ISO 9001:2015
- Information security
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022

What we are certified for, and what that covers
An ISO certificate states a scope. Evaluators read the scope, and so should you — so ours is set out in full below.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality Management System
- Standard
- ISO 9001:2015
- Issuing body
- Accredited certification body
- Scope
- Quality management across project delivery, software development, supply, installation, commissioning and support operations.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022
Information Security Management System
- Standard
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022
- Issuing body
- Accredited certification body
- Scope
- Information security management covering access control, cryptography, logging, supplier relationships, incident management and business continuity.
Certification applies to the management systems of Login Technologies BD Ltd. It does not make this website, or any individual deliverable, certified in its own right. Current certificate copies, including issuing body and validity dates, are provided on request for evaluation and due-diligence purposes; we do not publish scanned certificates containing personal information on the public site.
What the quality system actually changes
- A named project manager is accountable for every engagement.
- Scope changes go through documented change control with impact assessment.
- Progress is reported against an approved baseline with deliverable evidence.
- Testing is independent of the build team, and acceptance is evidenced.
- Handover includes source, schema, documentation and credentials.
What the security controls actually require
- Least-privilege, individually attributed access to client systems and data.
- Encryption in transit and at rest, with documented key management.
- Logging of authentication, publishing and configuration actions.
- Defined retention and deletion rules for enquiries, logs and backups.
- Encrypted backups with restoration tested on a documented schedule.
- Incident response procedure with defined escalation and notification.
The documentation evaluation committees ask for
Proposals fail the compliance gate more often than they fail on technical merit, and failure there is not recoverable through clarification. We keep these current continuously rather than assembling them when a tender appears.
Corporate documentation
Certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles, and current trade licence, maintained and renewed on schedule.
Tax and VAT registration
TIN and VAT registration current, with tax clearance and returns available for evaluation submissions.
Financial standing
Audited financial statements prepared annually and available where a tender requires them.
e-GP participation
Registered and prepared for electronic government procurement processes and their documentation requirements.
Delivery evidence
Client-issued completion certificates and site acceptance records retained and available on request.
Licensing position
No unlicensed theme, plugin, font, photograph or code is used in anything we deliver; a licence inventory accompanies handover.
Need our documentation for an evaluation?
We can supply current certificate copies, corporate and tax documentation, audited financials and client-issued completion certificates for a procurement or due-diligence process.
