Multi-institution supply and infrastructure integration

A national health-education directorate needed several categories of furniture, IT equipment and supporting infrastructure delivered and made operational across medical colleges, Institutes of Health Technology and Medical Assistant Training Schools. The difficulty was not procurement of any single item; it was sequencing delivery, installation and local acceptance across institutions that differ in site readiness, storage capacity and available technical staff, without disrupting teaching.

   Confirmed item specifications and quantities against the contract schedule and each receiving institution's actual requirement.

   Surveyed site readiness — access, storage, power and space — before dispatch, so equipment was not delivered to sites that could not receive it.

   Built a delivery schedule sequenced by institutional readiness rather than by geography alone, and coordinated it with academic calendars.

   Distributed, installed and commissioned equipment on site, with our field team completing setup rather than leaving it to institutional staff.

   Recorded acceptance institution by institution, with the receiving officer confirming quantity, condition and working order.
